So these little ornaments have been keeping me up late at night. Rather than blogging or surfing the net, I have opted to paint these ceramic treasures. Over the years, I've painted around 21 of them. I completed quite a few in the year of 2001 and then added several to the collection this year to hand out as Christmas presents. It takes me about 2 hours to complete each one, and I really did enjoy doing this for my family.

Val and I were talking about you taking a break. After we saw your gifts we figured it out. Thanks again as they turned out great! You definitely got the artistic gene out of the bunch of us kids.
