We spent some time with grandma this week. Maura was actually named after her, Grandma Marla, (aka Mee-Maw) is my mom.
We are fortunate to live close to both sides of our families. My parents live on a farm just a short drive from our house. There are horses, cows, dogs, kitty cats, and stinky Gabby the goat. As you can imagine, it is an extra special place to visit. Here are just a few shots that I took while we were there.
This is one of the new colts on the farm. The baby came pretty close to letting us touch her, but the mare was very protective of her.
Her running shoes are in overdrive--Maura is always on the go!!!
